Why we exist

Hiring in the US is harder than it should be. Job boards have ballooned with noise, agencies pass job orders between recruiters who don't know each other's pipelines, and slates show up two weeks late with three resumes that don't match the spec.

Fresh Start Staffing was set up to undo all of that. We are a US-wide staffing partner with one belief at the center of the desk: a hire only works if both sides feel cared for. That means the employer gets a job order taken seriously, a slate delivered on time, and a recruiter who knows their candidates personally. And it means the candidate gets the truth about the role, not a sales pitch.
