Why employers stay with us

Hiring shouldn't feel like another full-time job.

We exist to take that off your plate. We brief properly, vet thoroughly, and stand behind every placement we make.

One recruiter, end to end

You won't be passed around a desk. The recruiter who takes your job order is the one who slates candidates, briefs them, negotiates the offer, and follows up after start day.

Slate in 5-7 business days

Most active job orders return their first qualified slate within a week. Urgent searches flagged on day one move to the top of the desk.

Replacement guarantee

Every permanent placement carries a free replacement window. If a hire doesn't stick within the agreed period, we re-run the search at no charge.

National reach, real networks

Active candidate and client networks across every US region. We know who's hiring, who's moving, and who's about to be available.

Vetted, not just sourced

Right-to-work, work history, qualifications, motivation, salary expectations, all checked before a resume reaches your desk. No noise.

Built for the long term

Our entire desk is geared around hires that stay, the intake, the vetting, the offer support, and the day 7 / 30 / 90 follow-ups, all built to keep the placement in seat.

How we work

A clear three-step process from job order to first day.

No drawn-out kickoffs, no dropped balls. The job order becomes the slate becomes the offer, in that order.

1

The job order, properly

A 30-45 minute intake call. We capture the role, the team, the must-haves, the deal-breakers, the comp range and the timeline. You get a written brief back to confirm.

2

Targeted candidate slate

We approach our network and active candidates, vet, interview, and rank. You receive a tight, qualified slate with our notes, comp expectations and availability.

3

Offer support and onboarding

We handle counter-offer pressure, notice-period coordination, and start-date logistics, then check in on day 7, day 30 and day 90 to make sure the hire is working.

Common questions

Questions employers usually ask before working with us.

How quickly can you deliver a candidate slate?
Most permanent searches return a first slate within 5-7 business days. Senior or specialized searches may take two to three weeks, but we'll tell you upfront. We never sit on a job order.
What states do you cover?
All 50. We have active candidate and client networks across every US region, and run nationwide and remote-friendly searches as standard.
What's your fee structure?
For permanent placements, we work on a percentage of first-year base salary. The exact rate depends on level and industry, and is agreed in writing before any candidate is introduced.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
If a placed hire leaves or is dismissed within the agreed window, we'll source a free replacement. The window is typically 60-90 days for most roles, longer for senior hires.
Can you support confidential searches?
Yes. For replacement-of-incumbent or sensitive pre-launch hires, we can run searches without naming the client to candidates until shortlist stage and use a generic JD in initial approaches. Tell us up front if confidentiality matters and we will brief candidates accordingly.
What information do you need to start?
A job description (or rough notes), comp range, target start date, and one decision-maker we can speak with. We can build the rest of the brief on a 30-45 minute intake call.

Ready to take a job order off your desk?

Tell us the role, the urgency, and the must-haves. We'll be back within one business day with a clear plan and a fee quote.
